Covid 19 - What you need to know - Welsh regulations published

The Local Authorities (Coronavirus) (Meetings) (Wales) Regulations 2020 came into force on 22^nd April 2020.  The principle purpose of the regulations is to make provision in relation to local authority meetings, and the publication of and access to certain local authority documents.

Part 2 of the regulations suspends section 4 of the Local Government (Wales) Measure 2011 (which prohibits remote attendance at principle council meeting in normal circumstances) until 1^st May 2021.
